HR Analyst

As part of the Employee Support Hub (ESH) within the People Operations Team, the HR Analyst will provide high-quality operational support across multiple countries. This role focuses on letter generation and global leave & time-off processes, ensuring compliance with policies, accuracy in HR systems, and exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Document Management

  • Generate and manage employee letters in line with global standards and SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data privacy regulations.

Leave & Time-Off Process Management

  • Administer global leave and time-off processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates in HR systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries related to vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and other time-off policies.
  • Monitor compliance with local and global leave policies and escalate discrepancies as needed.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Perform employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Run scheduled and ad hoc reports related to headcount, leave balances, and other HR metrics.
  • Log and manage cases in the HR Case Management system, ensuring timely resolution.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HR Associates, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Business Partners to resolve complex queries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing self-service tools and HR knowledge base content.
  • Support system/process enhancements and adoption of automation where possible.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years in HR operations or similar role, preferably in a global or remote support environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and HR Case Management tools; proficiency in HR reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve complex problems using judgment and precedent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
  • Subject Matter Expert in HR processes, policies, and data management.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and teams.
