We're looking for an Operations Manager to help scale and manage our lending sales engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, channel operations, and on-ground sales execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, managing DSA relationships, and driving performance through outcall agents.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end operations for the lending sales channel, including DSAs and outcall agents
- Set up and track sales targets, monitor funnel health, and drive performance across partners
- Own the reporting cadence—build dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, risk, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth ops
- Onboard and train new DSAs and outcall agents on product, processes, and tools
- Identify process gaps and run ops-led initiatives to improve productivity and conversion
What We're Looking For:
- 4–7 years of experience in sales operations / channel management / inside sales ops
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and dashboards
- Hands-on experience managing DSAs, telesales, or outbound sales channels
- Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to work across multiple teams
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Prior experience in fintech, lending, or BFSI is a strong plus
This is a five days work from office and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
