At Fightclub, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who wants to make an impact with top clients in Belgium. You will work for 3 to 6 months (with option to extend) on dedicated client projects, where you temporarily become part of their team and permanently become part of our team.

You will combine the best of two worlds: creating value for the client and growing within the open, entrepreneurial culture of Fightclub.

With your broad T-shaped digital marketing expertise, you will be a potential sparring partner on topics such as SEA, SEO, social, tracking, automation, and CRO.

Your Impact

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will ensure digital progress for the client. Depending on your expertise and the project, this can mean that you work on:

Digital marketing & performance: setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns (SEA, SEO, social, display, CRO).

Social media marketing: developing and implementing strategies, building content plans, and coordinating community management.

Digital project management: leading digital trajectories from A to Z, keeping stakeholders on one line, and monitoring deadlines.

E-commerce & CRM: developing customer flows, optimizing conversion, and using data for retention and upsell.

Marketing automation: building, testing, and analyzing customer journeys to increase engagement.

Digital marketing management: steering teams or agencies and bridging between client, data, and creativity.

Concretely, you could:

• Become Head of Social at a major FMCG brand, where you will build and execute the full social strategy with the team & agencies.
• Search Engine Advertising Specialist at an e-commerce player, where you will manage the full SEA strategy, from keyword research and campaign setup to reporting and optimization. You will test new ad formats and automate where possible, while working closely with marketing and e-commerce to boost traffic and conversions.
• Be a Digital Project Manager at a financial player, where you will coordinate a website relaunch or CRM implementation.

In short: you are the temporary engine behind the client's digital growth. Although you are the face at the client, you are not standing alone. Our colleagues will gladly support you with challenges that lie outside your comfort zone.

What We Expect From You

• 3-4 years of experience as a digital/growth marketer, preferably in an agency environment.
• A T-shaped profile: broad knowledge of digital channels + depth in 1-2 domains.
• Ownership mentality: you can independently drive a project and deliver results.
• Analytical and results-oriented, with an eye for detail and optimization.
• Strong communicator: you work fluently with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Languages: Dutch and English are a must, French is a nice plus.
• Based in Belgium and entitled to work in the EU.
