Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy changes.
- Assist with local marketing and perform daily office tasks
- Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
- Must have a valid Texas ID/DL.
- Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute between locations.
- Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.
- Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
- Required: English
- Must be 18+.
