✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing a book of business, developing pipeline, and expanding customer contracts into new practice areas
- Develop strategic account plans to understand customers' businesses, objectives, and expand Fieldguide's offerings within their firms
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) KPI to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on renewals and expansion opportunities in existing practice areas
- Identify and surface new logo referral opportunities to grow the customer base
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or customer management, owning revenue and expansion targets
- Skilled communicator with strong time-management abilities, able to prospect and build pipelines independently
- Thrives in a startup environment, eager to contribute to scaling the customer success team and refining processes
- Detail-oriented individual who takes ownership and initiative in their work
