- As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide world-class support to Fieldguide customers, maximizing their return on investment. - Your role will involve responding quickly and accurately to client requests for assistance with a positive attitude. - You will offer technical support, troubleshooting issues related to the Fieldguide platform via email, phone, or chat. - Guiding customers through the features and functionalities of the platform will be a key part of enhancing their user experience. - You will advocate for customers by communicating their needs to Fieldguide's internal teams and helping shape the product roadmap.

- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of customer support experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively assisting customers with complex issues. - A team player who is mission-first and values collaboration and trust within the team. - Experience in a high-growth startup is preferred, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. - A proactive approach with a bias towards action, taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
