The department of Client Support has responsibility of providing a seamless and scalable service & support model for both business of Intermediary and Institutional. Client Services has wide ranges of job responsibilities, such as account management for institutional existing mandates, business administration, change management, day-to-day servicing, crisis handling, account on/off boarding for institutional clients, and contribute global and local project as SME.

Our mission is to provide best in class services to our clients and support asset growth. Contribute on retaining current then to aim achieving JPY10 trillion by 2030.

This position plays a critical role of providing outstanding client services and solutions for clients to achieve our purpose (working together to build a better financial future) and key areas of activity include leading the development of client service strategies by co-working with stakeholders and helping the team Head for managing all aspects of team members.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Daily account monitoring for large institutional accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day service requests and inquiries, translation and collaborating with various teams
  • Manage change activities for clients, such as; on-/off boarding project, legal document updates, in-specie transition
  • Administration tasks such as client invoice, cash management and report dispatch
  • Participate global projects as SME
  • Review and sign-off materials.
  • Play a role of central point of contact in the case of happening risk event.
  • Contribute to the development of junior staff to improve overall product knowledge and client service capabilities.
  • Help the Head of Client Services via managing day to day responsibility of the team and all work-flow.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience in asset management industry - understanding of the asset management industry and relevant knowledge such as regulation and market practice
  • Solid business communication skills; verbal and written fluency in English required.
  • Strong commitment to achieve and resolve the difficulties and deliver high quality client services
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation and reporting
  • Team player with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills
  • An inquisitive mind, a love of solving problems and building solutions
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
