Business Services is a regional Distribution-aligned business support team that delivers business change, planning and execution activities for Fidelity's businesses. To support business growth in the region, there are number of business development and initiatives currently underway. All play a critical role in delivering investment solutions and distribution services to our clients.
As an Associate Director - Business Services, APAC, you will partner with and support the regional senior leadership team by effectively managing distribution-led initiatives and representing the APAC Distribution business on various initiatives led by our internal partners.
You will help shape the future business model of the group and be an integral member of an energetic, innovative, and integrated team. The portfolio of initiatives will typically be cross-functional and cross-location in nature (APAC or Global), requiring you to use strong influencing and persuasion skills to ensure successful delivery. Senior stakeholder management skills are critical to aligning priorities and results with senior management expectations.
You will facilitate the development of key business areas and directly manage projects related to the key initiatives driving the business strategy.
