What We Do

The Manager Investment Marketing is responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver best-in-class product marketing to promote Fidelity's brand, products, and services to advisors. You will ensure your team contributes to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth through the timely and flawless execution of product launches, marketing commentary, and sales enablement content. Leveraging your deep understanding of investment products, you will guide your team to ensure our products and solutions are effectively positioned for advisor audiences.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  1. Work with the Director, Content Marketing, to build a marketing strategy across owned channels that aligns with and drives forward Fidelity's advisor sales business objectives
  2. Report on content KPIs by consolidating reporting across channels to present to executive leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather results
  3. Build and lead a high-performing team that aligns with Fidelity's values and that collaborates well in cross-functional environments.
  4. Working with your team of investment marketers, you will act as a liaison between content creators, Sales, Product Research, Product Development, Compliance and Legal to optimize content creation and facilitate best-in-class content distribution to drive business growth.
  5. Be accountable for website data and content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate at all times (Expert Insights, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Fund Pages).
  6. Responsible for executing against the annual business plan and budget.
  7. Responsible for ensuring your team maintains compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards through reviewing, editing, and approving all marketing material and sales communications produced by your team.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization
  • Have a deep working knowledge of all prioritized investments (mutual funds, ETFs, and alternatives) and non-investment products and the implications of market events on advisor clients.
  • Exceptional communicator who can leverage data to identify themes, build a narrative and secure buy-in from senior management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors to ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained.
  • Ability to provide strategic direction and coaching across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities as needed.
  • Proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders up, down, and across the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders and driving towards a common goal under specified timelines. Proven leadership experience with a focus on developing and leveraging the capabilities of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

  • University Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications function with 3 years of experience leading and growing a high performing marketing team
  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization
