Fidelity Institutional (FI) is looking for a senior manager to join the planning and operations team and will partner closely with all functions within Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions (WAMS) as well as other critical business partners.
This individual will be a key contributor to developing business strategy for WAMS, as well as supporting mid to long-term cross organizational strategy, roadmap development and operations for our intermediary offerings.
This role will contribute to shaping an overall operating model to drive business management activities inclusive of process improvements and documentation, CRM, Dashboard, Scorecards. There will be a need for strong collaboration with business partners within the organization and partners across FI (Distribution, Technology, Marketing, Finance, FI Reporting & Analytics, Risk and Compliance) to delivery on the objectives.
Additionally, the role will be contributing to driving customer input, alignment and execution in partnership with product and distribution leadership teams.

The mission of the Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions (WAMS) organization is to be the go-to provider of investment advisory capabilities for intermediaries, providing differentiated outcomes at scale through access to Fidelity's robust investment insights, products, and solutions. The Strategy and Operations team leads strategy for WAMS as well as critical functions for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Adviser (FIWA), including Business Management & Oversight, Investment Services, Distribution Strategy and Planning, CRM, Reporting & Insights.
