Fidelity's Enterprise Network Triage And Troubleshooting (NTT) Teams mission is to identify, mitigate or resolve any issue impacting Fidelity's internal or external business. The work you deliver will enable and secure the reputation Fidelity has as a top leader in the business and our ability to deliver first in class reliability and uptime for all Fidelity business. This team is responsible for the triaging and troubleshooting of high severity issues that impact Fidelity Investments and our external customers. The issues range from network down devices to application slowness, connectivity problems, Storage issues, network blips etc. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of fundamental networking technologies, network security, software-defined networking, infrastructure as code, extensive experience with at least one CSP.
