The Event & Incident Manager role is responsible for all aspects of event analysis including investigation, following the protocol for incident management, documenting an incident and event correlation while working with all business partners to ensure timely response and detailed communication and documentation.
Critical Events Management is responsible for setting policies, providing mentorship, oversight, and supporting the demonstration of resiliency capabilities by applicable operational teams. We also collaborate across the firm to define resiliency outcomes, and provide management reporting that identify resiliency capabilities, risk exposures, gaps, and mitigation in accordance with the goals and objectives of Fidelity. In addition, we will support and enable resiliency responses during periodic test and in actual event and outage conditions that serve to protect Fidelity Associates, Clients, Assets, and Revenue while meeting defined/applicable compliance requirements.
