Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a software engineer who possesses the skill set of Front-end Frameworks, ASP.Net, MVC, CSS, C#.Net, SQL who will work on developing and supporting eMoney suite of applications.

The roles and responsibilities expectation of a software engineer for this position include:

• Accountable for quality of deliveries coming out of the team
• Ability to quickly learn and analyze complex financial applications
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain documentation wherever necessary
• Should be innovative and works as a collaborator with Scrum team
• Attend project meetings and status calls with partners

The technical and behavioral skills that are key to this role include:

• Extensive experience in ASP.Net, MVC, SQL and any of the front-end frameworks
• Mastery of professional practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Refactoring Techniques)
• Mastery with our development tools (Visual Studio, Power Shell, Bitbucket (Git), Jira, Confluence, Octopus Deploy, ReSharper)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Openly receives constructive feedback and willingly considers/respects other associate's views
• Solution oriented attitude in the design, development, and support of software
• Ability to perform technical and functional analysis
• Works effectively in team role and as well as individual contributor
• Quickly learns and applies new technical skills
• Out-of-the-box thinker

The skills that are good to have for this role include:

• Good understanding of API development

The platform is used by 45K+ Finance Professionals.

The expertise we're looking for includes:

• 5-8 years of IT experience
• BE or any equivalent graduate
• Certifications if any
