Project Description: Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project funded by the US Government and the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), that provides strategic technical assistance and direct service delivery to achieve HIV epidemic control among all at-risk populations; strengthen global health security (GHS), including outbreak response; improve maternal and child health (MCH), address malaria; and promote health systems strengthening (HSS) including supply chain management.
Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Finance and Operations will be responsible for overseeing all financial, administrative, operational, and compliance functions of the U.S. Department of State, Government (former USAID)-funded EpiC Bangladesh project. Reporting directly to the Project Director, the Senior Manager will ensure sound financial stewardship, efficient operations, procurement, and subaward management in accordance with U.S. Department of State, Government (former USAID)/USG rules, FHI 360 policies, and applicable local regulations. This role will support project delivery by enabling smooth operational systems, timely resource allocation, and robust risk management across all project components, including GHS, MCH, nutrition, and outbreak preparedness.
