Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Submission of Borang E, CP8D, CP22, CP22A and any other statutory report.
  • Manage renewal of company permits, licences, and agreements on time.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for HR and administrative records.
  • Assist in general office administration and procurement of office supplies.
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and service providers as required.
  • Prepare HC and administrative reports as assigned.
  • This position based in Kinabatangan.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum Diploma or above.
  • 3 years at any related field.

Soft Skills

  • Strong ability to plan, analyze, organize, leading, control, delegate, trouble shoot and able to communicate clearly.
  • Possess high degree of integrity skills including the ability to manage time and deadline effectively and handle conflicts.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge on Computer Skills
