Your job:

1. Provides technical support to sales and customers on various applications and production processes of the industry segments
2. Visiting customer with sales to understand customer applications and techno-commercial requirement. Prepare customer specific technical concept considering technical feasibility based on deep technical product and application engineering knowledge with focus on commercial viability
3. Discuss and present technical proposals with customer. Optimize selection in consultation with customer. Preparing relevant technical documentation, selection reports application notes etc taking all relevant technical interfaces into consideration for project workout
4. Constructively challenges customers' opinions and proposes innovative new options, and creating benefits arguments to help sales win projects based on excellent product and application knowledge
5. Support commissioning of the project at customer site in close alignment with the technical support engineer. Provides onsite technical product training for customers and sales team on various products and technology

Your qualification:

1. Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, Servo Motor – Driver, Device Integration and Network configuration
2. Experience of 5-8 years working in Servo Motor and Motion Control
3. Experience in Pre-Sales Technical Support with Project management
4. Experience in Sizing and Selection of various Automation components
5. Experience of Preparing Techno-Commercial Proposal
6. Experience of working with Pneumatic and Electrical Automation
