Your job: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including targeted search (headhunting) Conduct and analyze employee lifecycle surveys (probation period and exit interviews), providing insights and trend analysis to managers and HR Contribute to employer branding activities, represent the company at events, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and external partners Support and participate in other HR-related projects This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave.

Your qualification: Higher university education (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Administration) Work experience in recruitment or other HR related field Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Fluent in spoken and written English
