Syntese A/S is in an exciting development with constant optimization and expansion of existing production. We are located in Hvidovre and have many years of experience in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API), which is produced in accordance with GMP and sold to the pharmaceutical industry.

We help thousands of people in Denmark and millions worldwide who live with chronic intestinal inflammation such as Colitis Ulcerosa or Crohn's disease.

Your daily life at Syntese

Your primary area of work is to ensure the operation of production equipment, utilities, and facilities. You will actively contribute with a positive attitude and a "can do" approach driven by the desire for durable solutions in line with cGMP and EHS. Your work is to the highest standards and meets ambitious goals.

You will work with the qualification of production equipment, utilities, and facilities as well as the preparation of equipment documentation. You will also have a great influence on the ongoing development of the department's GMP processes. You are good at finding solid solutions and preparing qualification and installation documentation.

Your primary areas of work will be within the technical area:

• Technical Support for daily operations
• Description, handling and completion of change, deviation, and CAPA cases
• Preparation and updating of installation documentation to support our maintenance and calibration system
• Follow-up and creation of ongoing maintenance activities
• Participation in qualification activities (Risk assessment, URS, IQ/OQ/PQ)

Other tasks may include:

• Preparation of procedures and instructions as well as training therein
• Contact with suppliers regarding technical equipment and solutions
• Participation in optimizations and improvements

You manage to connect your technical knowledge with your understanding of EHS and cGMP, while solving your tasks in a way that you use both data and LEAN tools. You have a broad collaboration platform internally to, for example, production, development, logistics, quality control, and quality assurance.

Your background

We imagine that you have the following to offer:

• Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer or similar academic background
• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience with deviation and CAPA management in a GMP-regulated environment
• Experience with API production and EHS is a big plus
• Strong quality mindset and in-depth knowledge of GMP regulation
• You see GMP and EHS as good frameworks for ensuring a high level of quality, environment and safety rather than a hindrance
• Solve tasks with a risk-based and professionally founded approach
• Flexible with a strong focus on closing tasks on time
• Positive "can do" attitude with a desire to influence colleagues
• Communicate effortlessly in Danish and English both in writing and verbally
