For our Commercial Excellence Dept we are searching for a Sales & Marketing Excellence Senior Specialist.
Partner with commercial & marketing teams.
Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, managing marketing and sales data to support decision-making and guide territory activities.
Coordinate marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders during the annual brand planning process and throughout budget allocation reviews.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional initiatives in alignment with business unit objectives.
Provide proactive support in developing business cases for current and future activities.
Sales Data & Market Research Activities Management.
Own the full lifecycle of market and sales data: purchasing, receiving, archiving, reporting, and analysis.
Manage relationships with third-party providers and support cost negotiation activities.
Coordinate market research activities in partnership with Marketing teams, from briefing to execution and results interpretation.
Ensure integration of market insights with sales data to support strategic decision-making and brand planning.
Reporting & Sales Force Effectiveness.
Drive adoption and effective use of Ferring's Global CRM system and related reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Act as CRM super-user: oversee usage, ensure data quality through Master Data Management initiatives, and provide ongoing support.
Design and implement communication plans to field forces to ensure correct and consistent CRM usage.
Extract and prepare data as required to comply with local regulatory requests.
Incentives Calculation.
Support the design of commercial incentive schemes.
Manage quarterly incentive calculations with accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
Background & Qualifications.
Must: Excellent use of Excel.
Preferred: Prior experience with salesforce.com/Veeva CRM and PowerBI are considered a plus.
Preferred: Prior knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment.
Fluent in Italian and in English.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
