Ferring + You
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our Specialties Business Unit. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of scientific meetings, internal events, and administrative processes that support our marketing and commercial strategy in Iberia.
Hands on coordination and overseeing logistics for scientific meetings, congresses, and internal events in Spain and Portugal.
Ensure alignment with the annual Marketing Plan through continuous collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and the BU Director.
Manage contracts with external parties and SAFs in Coupa, ensuring correct follow up with the Product Managers.
Administrative coordination and liaison with scientific associations and HCP's.
Oversee logistics for participants, including travel, catering, and accommodations.
Support sales teams with local events.
Handle promotional materials, supplier coordination, and track A&P investments across the BU.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and act as a role model for Ferring's values and compliance standards.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3 years proven experience coordinating sales and marketing events in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is mandatory .
Strong organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail is a must have .
Experience in Digital Marketing is a huge plus.
Experience dealing with communications, travel and marketing agencies, and supplier management.
Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/finance systems is highly valued.
Mandatory experience dealing with MS Office tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint). Nice to have experience with Canva.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
