You will drive sales and profitability, manage key accounts, promote our products to stakeholders, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support events, ensuring operational excellence, performance analysis, and compliance with our processes and policies. Your area of operation will be in the State of São Paulo.

Your Day At Ferring

  • Deliver the sales objectives of the BU, also managing the main profitability indicators – margin, average price, discounts practiced, days of inventory of distributors (for each product and SKU), among others to be aligned with the manager.
  • Develop the annual account plan for each key client in your territory, aligned with the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the sector and Brazil. Manage the budget allocated in the activities to generate the expected return of each investment.
  • Promote product information through customized communication to each stakeholder, according to the strategies established by Marketing and at the appropriate frequency. Build and maintain a positive business partnership between Ferring and the clinics.
  • Maintain accurate records of medical visits, sending them periodically within the established timeframe. Know how to use and regularly update the database for a better understanding of your performance with your manager.
  • Develop partnerships with clients (both external and internal), in a collaborative manner. Anticipate and propose solutions/services for their needs that bring positive impact to the business.
  • Participate excellently in the implementation of internal events (in-person or digital), such as congresses, symposiums, webinars.
  • Obtain market information about the competition, such as new product launches, new entrants, stock depletion, and market commercial practices, whenever possible and in accordance with our Compliance policy.
  • Ensure adherence to the company's internal processes and Compliance rules for the execution of the work.

Beyond Our Innovation… Is You!

  • University degree or equivalent (Communication, Marketing, Administration are preferred).
  • 3 years of experience as KAM in the pharmaceutical industry or medical devices (e.g., vaccines, dental medicine, endocrinology, hemophilia).
  • Experience in the private market in the State of São Paulo.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and team spirit skills.
  • Proficiency in English desired.
