For our Information & Operational Technology department, we are looking for an Automation Technician/ Junior Automation Engineer (m/w/d) as soon as possible. This is a permanent full-time position.

Whether you come to us as a technician with a passion for automation or as a (junior) engineer with a passion for production technology, you can use and expand your technical know-how with us. Together we ensure that our production facilities run smoothly, processes become smarter, and innovative solutions become a reality.

Your contribution to make something meaningful:

  • Ensuring high plant availability and supporting ongoing production operations
  • Troubleshooting, fault finding, and repairing production machines and equipment
  • Participating in setup and format changes, maintenance, and calibration of process equipment
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and documenting process and automation systems
  • Assisting in commissioning, qualification, and testing of new equipment
  • Supporting or leading (part-)projects in the field of automation and digitalization
  • Collaborating with engineering, IT, quality assurance, and production
  • Supporting external service providers and suppliers with maintenance and commissioning

Your qualifications that enrich us:

  • Completed training as an industrial electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or a degree in automation, electrical, or production engineering
  • First practical experience in automation, maintenance, or production
  • Basic knowledge of PLC controls (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA, PCS7, WinCC) is advantageous
  • Understanding of process operations and technical relationships
  • Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and technical development
  • Good German language skills, English language skills are advantageous
  • Willingness to work in shifts or on-call duties (as agreed)
