Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Operations Coordinator!

Responsibilities

Maintain billing accuracy by reviewing orders

Manage ops box requests regarding orders and new or changes to stocked inventory

Supervise inventory accuracy through cycle counts, POU stocking, and daily receiving

Lead the team in Managers absence

Motivate and lead by example for others to follow

Handle daily operational tasks for branch

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook

1-3 years' experience handling inventory/operational tasks

Experience in our industry is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

Desire to learn new things

Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment

$15.00 - $30.15

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
