The Slotting Specialist is responsible for supporting the Ferguson enterprise in Slotting software configuration, establishing slotting best practice processes, and slotting implementation in new concept DC's.
This is a Remote position or Hybrid if you are in the Newport News, VA HQ area.
The Specialist is also responsible for supporting strategic and technical slotting projects that support the continuous improvement of Facility design and Operational efficiency.
This position will participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that strategies are implemented timely and effectively in the pilot DC's and will partner with operation's leadership to position them to effectively deploy across the network.
The role works closely with the IT and the software vendor to continuously improve all aspects of the slotting software and how it interfaces with supporting systems to minimize the manual intervention of the end user.

Pay Range: Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience. $5,175.00 - $9,716.30 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
