Senior Marketing Associate

At Zenith Investment Partners, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our small but high-performing Australian marketing team on a 1-year (parental leave cover) contract. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in delivering creative and strategic initiatives that support both the Zenith and Chant West brands.

This is a broad and dynamic position where you'll gain exposure to a variety of marketing activities, from content creation to event coordination. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced leader, work on high-profile projects including annual industry awards, and contribute to campaigns that have a real impact. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, offering both flexibility and opportunities for in-person collaboration.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Associate will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to support growth across the financial adviser and fund manager markets.
• Creating, editing, and delivering high-quality content (including digital, media, video, podcasts, and presentations) tailored for various platforms and audiences.
• Managing and growing social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) across both the Zenith and Chant West brands to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Partnering with internal teams to deliver creative design, production, and event marketing activities, including support for the company's two major annual industry awards events.
• Analysing the performance of marketing initiatives to generate actionable insights that inform future campaigns and support commercial goals.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Marketing Associate:

• You must have at least 3–4 years of broad marketing experience, ideally within financial services or a highly commercial environment.
• You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful content across multiple channels.
• You should be confident in managing a corporate LinkedIn presence and comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or similar marketing automation platforms.
• You will have basic InDesign skills to make simple edits and updates to existing templates.
• You should be proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
