With Fedrigoni's Operations Controlling Internship you will live an immersive experience that will allow you to acquire key skills while also developing future-proof capabilities for your career. It's a 6-month paid internship designed to give you hands-on experience and fast-track your professional growth.

During the internship, you will:

• Collaborate with plants and operations teams to ensure monthly closing processes are completed on time and aligned with the Industrial Control Model;
• Take part in the budgeting process by helping define both financial and operational targets;
• Contribute to the development of a new industrial controlling model to measure plant efficiency and performance;
• Support the implementation of a data analytics tool to enhance responsiveness and the depth of analysis.

You will sharpen your skills by:

• Gaining exposure to cost structures and KPIs;
• Working hands-on with financial analyses and tools;
• Acting as a bridge between finance and operations;
• Applying concepts directly to cost drivers;
• Learning root cause analysis;
• Supporting cost-saving initiatives.

You're the right fit if you:

• Have a background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
• Are fluent in both Italian and English;
• Are passionate about controlling, analytical detail, and driving efficiencies;
• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments;
• Enjoy working collaboratively across teams in an international context.
