To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) in a permanent position based in our modern and bright German headquarter in Oberhaching, with good public transport connections. In this role, you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to our current clients. In particular:

  • You will handle order acceptance and customer inquiries
  • You will provide telephone support and advice to customers
  • You will be in charge of price calculations, preparation of offers and invoices
  • You will coordinate with the Italian factories regarding delivery modalities
  • You will follow up on inquiries and maintain customer data in CRM
  • You will perform administrative tasks

The attitudes and skills we're looking for:

  • You have previous experience in internal sales roles or telephone customer service
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CRM
  • You are reliable, flexible, and great with people
  • You have a strong customer orientation
  • You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • If you have experience in the paper, printing or advertising industry it will be considered an advantage
