Operation Support Agent
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of Operation Support Agents - Sachgrundbefristung bis 30.06.2027.
The compensation is according to the valid area collective bargaining agreement and the valid agreement on above-tariff services.
Duties:
- Data entry and/or completion
- Verifying outgoing customs shipments for conformity
- Imaging/pacing of shipment documents
- Blocking processing
- Processing customer inquiries (internal and external)
- Querying routing information for the paperwork process
- Air and road dangerous goods processing
- Re-recording of shipments without data
Qualification:
- Completed logistics/commercial training
- Good English skills
- Customs knowledge (import & export)
- Dangerous goods knowledge
- Good MS-Office skills
- Friendly on the phone/email
- Team player, engagement, flexibility
- High willingness to commit
- Willingness to flexible working hours
