Job Responsibilities

Supports the operations of the station by effectively handling specific exceptions, customer-related routine matters, and compliance reports. Receives and processes shipments while ensuring compliance with all FedEx regulations and legal requirements for secure package transport. Performs general administrative and support tasks as needed. Refers problems and complex exceptions to the appropriate staff member.

Requirements: Ability to lift 32-kg packages and move heavier shipments with tools; very good German and good English skills in speech and writing; good verbal and written communication skills; customer-oriented behavior and experience in dealing with customers; knowledge of FedEx operations is desirable; quality awareness and precise work; understanding of work instructions and the ability to implement them; good organizational skills, good problem-solving behavior; good typing skills, computer user knowledge; ability to work independently and in a team; willingness to work shifts and Saturdays.
