Location: Łódź, Elektronowa 6

Scope of Duties:

  • Collaboration in team to achieve high-quality office work
  • Monitoring shipment history and explaining inconsistencies
  • Customer service (telephone, email, and in-person at the branch) with attention to their satisfaction and work standards
  • Preparation of reports and summaries
  • Handling return document service
  • Settling shipments for pickup and cash invoices

Candidate Profile:

  • Very good organization of own work
  • Commitment and focus on task completion
  • Ability to work with subcontractors
  • Teamwork skills and quick learning
  • Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Desired knowledge of English at a minimum level of A2
