Job Title

Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Operations Support; Reporting

Job Description:

  • Distribute documents/items for export and import according to the mining process.
  • Handle unusual cases during the mining process (damaged goods, lost items…)
  • Perform scanning and report generation.
  • Coordinate with the Receiving and Coordination department to handle unusual receiving situations.
  • Coordinate with the Receiving and Coordination department to handle cases where goods cannot be delivered or have other customer requests.
  • Contact customers to handle cases requiring additional information or arrangements from customers.
  • Contact FedEx third parties or relevant departments for additional information to serve delivery.
  • Perform procedures to return goods to the origin or to the sender in Vietnam.
  • Record and track inventory.
  • Archive documents as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Comply with the company’s labor regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office & PC; English for communication.
  • Skills in communication and problem-solving.
  • Skills in planning and organizing work.
