Clearance Operations Manager

The Clearance Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the customs clearance process to ensure timely and compliant processing of shipments. This role oversees both day and night shift operations, ensuring 24/7 performance, team supervision, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising clearance agents and supervisors, managing workload distribution, monitoring KPI performance, and ensuring alignment with FedEx service standards. The manager acts as a liaison with customs authorities, drives continuous improvement, and supports employee development. Flexibility to manage across shifts and respond to operational issues is essential in this high-paced environment.
