Job Position Overview

Under general supervision, performs the following activities:

  • Enters air waybills into the system daily.
  • Performs daily registration of time card information on the PC.
  • Manages D/T packages and informs customers of payment.
  • Collects information for different company reports.
  • Answers telephones, transfers calls, and takes messages as necessary.
  • Prepares paperwork for outgoing packages (airway bills, mail drop, and address).
  • Helps customers by answering questions about basic service features.
  • Performs various typing and filing tasks. Organizes and updates the station's files.
  • May be requested to perform other assigned tasks.
  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum Education Level: High school diploma.
    • English Language Proficiency: 450 TOEIC points.
    • Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of administrative experience.
    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

    Minimum Skills Required:

    • Ability to lift 32 Kg and maneuver any individual package weighing up to 68 Kg with the appropriate equipment.
    • Good human relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Precision and attention to detail.
    • Data entry and/or general office skills.
    • Teamwork skills.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC: PC typing (25/35 words per minute).
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Clear and articulate voice.
