Job Title
Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. Lead or senior levels of these positions may:
- Handle escalated or more complex issues
- Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff
- Support supervisor or manager activities
- Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedure
Descripci贸n General de Puesto:
Bajo supervisi贸n general realiza las siguientes actividades:
- Ingresa las gu铆as a茅reas en el sistema diariamente.
- Realiza el registro diario de informaci贸n de tarjetas de tiempo en la PC.
- Maneja paquetes D/T e informa a los clientes del pago.
- Recopila informaci贸n para diferentes reportes de la compa帽ia.
- Contesta tel茅fonos, transfiere llamadas y toma mensajes seg煤n sea necesario.
- Prepara el papeleo para los paquetes salientes (facturas a茅reas, apartado de correos y direcci贸n).
- Ayuda a los clientes respondiendo preguntas sobre las caracter铆sticas b谩sicas del servicio.
- Realiza tareas diversas de mecanograf铆a y archivo. Organiza y actualiza los archivos de la estaci贸n.
- Es posible que se le solicite realizar otras tareas que se le asignen
Requisitos M铆nimos:
Nivel m铆nimo de estudios:
Dominio de idioma Ingl茅s (450 puntos TOEIC).
Experiencia M铆nima:
- Tres (3) a帽os de experiencia administrativa
Licencia de manejo vigente y buen historial de manejo.
Habilidades M铆nimas Requeridas:
- Capacidad para levantar 32 Kg y maniobrar cualquier paquete individual que pese hasta 68 Kg con el equipo adecuado.
- Buenas relaciones humanas, habilidades interpersonales y de comunicaci贸n.
- Fuertes habilidades de planificaci贸n y organizaci贸n.
- Precisi贸n y atenci贸n al detalle.
- Ingreso de datos y/o habilidades generales de oficina.
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
- S贸lidos conocimientos de Microsoft Office y PC: mecanograf铆a en PC (25/35 palabras por minuto).
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas.
- Voz clara y articulada.
