Provides technical customs regulations expertise to internal and external customers pertaining to Canadian and international customs regulations and legislation. Acts as a qualified representative for FedEx management in customs consulting to customers and global sales. Provides customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution. Plans and implements GTS projects as assigned and works as a management assist person. Interacts with local government agencies in order to protest/follow through to resolve any Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) penalties.
