HR Systems Advisor

The Advisor is a key member of the functional leadership team and partners with leaders to develop applicable strategies to accomplish business results. This role serves as a liaison between the HR Systems (HRIS) team and the corporate and field HR business teams, providing project management, systems support, and analysis to leverage technology solutions that meet the needs of the HR department and users of HR information systems.

The position works across all levels of the organization to assess business needs, identify and analyze options, recommend process enhancements, and ensure compliance. The Advisor also performs testing to validate system functionality, identifies training needs, and supports the rollout of new systems and processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance strategic and operational priorities in conjunction with the functional leadership team.
  • Execute functional strategies, programs, and processes in collaboration with functional teams and leaders.
  • Partner with business leaders and corporate groups to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver strategic design solutions for complex organizational projects.
  • Provide leadership and initiative in a team environment.
  • Offer specialist consultation and advisement based on functional expertise.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between HRIS and HR business teams to provide project management, systems support, and analysis.
  • Assess business function needs and recommend process enhancements to ensure compliance.
  • Perform system testing to validate alignment with predetermined goals.
  • Identify training needs and support rollout of new systems and processes.
  • Act as subject matter expert for HR systems and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Provide direction and support for technology implementations, upgrades, patches, and testing.
  • Manage system configurations and enable effective document management and collaboration, including timekeeping systems.
  • Coordinate data implementation timelines across internal and external teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on wage & hour compliance, FLSA standards, and labor regulations.
  • Facilitate needs analysis and change management for system enhancements.
  • Develop communications for system changes across HR and employee

Pay Range

USD $3,521.00 - USD $66.81
