Lending, Leadership And Communication Expertise Needed

Lead a large, diverse team responsible for delivering financial and other services to customers in a call centre atmosphere.

What you'll do:

  • Develop strategies to enhance business performance
  • Establish service objectives
  • Ensure channel integration between field and alternative channels
  • Oversee first phase of collections services
  • Manage teams' collaboration on customer support programs
  • Recruit and retain a strong, effective team
  • Mentor the team on workload, goal setting and performance management

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business or commerce and at least 11 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven success in a management role
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French) needed
