Faulkner University is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as Support Specialist for the Department of Information Technology. The selected individual will provide technical support and customer service for university software systems used by faculty, staff and students. This position assists with troubleshooting software issues, maintaining user access and ensuring efficient operation of technology resources across the university community. The Support Specialist works collaboratively with the IT team to deliver responsive, solutions-focused support that advances the university's academic and administrative mission.
