FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative

This is a full time position with a regular schedule and weekends off! Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Includes commissions, paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and performance bonuses.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Respond to customer inquiries; determine customer sign needs, provide sign recommendations and quotes
• Process customer orders; accurately complete work orders; obtain customers' approval and payment for orders
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills including experience with a point-of-sale system, data entry, communicating through email
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Consistent and Reliable Attendance

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
