We are a boutique agency from Berlin with a strong focus on lead generation businesses. Our team works completely remotely and enjoys the freedom to use our small office in Prenzlauer Berg anytime. Trust, sustainable development, and the exchange of knowledge are at the center of our company.

Aufgaben

You are the first point of contact for potential new customers and qualify incoming leads.

You research targeted companies that could benefit from our services and build your own pipeline.

You actively contact decision-makers (CMOs, founders, marketing leads) via LinkedIn, email, and phone.

You conduct initial conversations, identify needs, and pave the way for our founder for a final meeting.

You work closely with our design team when you need sales materials.

You document your activities and results transparently in our CRM and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

Qualifikation

You have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development, ideally in an agency or in the SaaS/marketing environment.

You are strongly communicative, enjoy direct customer contact, and have a healthy dose of persuasiveness.

You work structured, are well organized, and can manage multiple leads at the same time without losing track.

You have a quick understanding and are able to explain complex services clearly and understandably.

You have experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

Self-initiative, perseverance, and a hunter mentality characterize you.
