As a Sales Account Manager, you will spearhead efforts to develop and grow a territory for our cutting-edge soil testing solutions. This role is tailor-made for someone passionate about identifying and chasing opportunities, closing deals, and delivering long-term value for B2B clients within the agriculture ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Territory Growth: Develop and expand a client base by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Create Value: Understand client needs deeply to deliver tailored, impactful solutions that drive success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Proactive Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales expertise
  • A self-starter with a passion for chasing and closing opportunities
  • Confidence and resilience in achieving your objectives through a boots on the ground approach, and other direct outreach methods
  • Experience in agronomy, soil science, or other agri-adjacent domains such as animal nutrition, biology, or chemical sales
