Sr. Field Sales Assistant
Assist the District Managers and State Growth Consultants in performing their duties and responsibilities in the operation of their Districts and acting as a liaison to Home Office resources.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to and resolve District Manager and State Growth Consultant requests according to FBL Financial Group, Inc policies in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for customers, departmental staff, and other FBL personnel at all times.
- Assist the District Managers and State Growth Consultants with development, preparations, and communications for sales promotions, marketing campaigns and programs, and meetings and presentations.
- Review and create reports to help District Managers and State Growth Consultants obtain annual goals.
- Support District Managers and State Growth Consultants in the development and production of PowerPoint presentations, seminars and other communication documents for the agents in their district.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and corresponding communication.
- Prepare/coordinate communications, travel arrangements, accommodations, and oversee and aid with expense reports.
- Assist District Managers and State Growth Consultants in scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management across the district.
- Develop and manage electronic and hard copy filing systems and coordinate incoming correspondence.
- Assist with the creation of district newsletters and District Manager's social media posts.
What It Takes to Join Us:
- Associates degree or equivalent plus four years relevant experience (Office Administration or secretarial experience preferred).
- Must maintain and safeguard confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must have strong organizational, verbal, and written communications, and meeting planning/facilitation skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt and handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills are necessary.
- Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
- CRM, Concur, and advanced Microsoft software experience will be a plus (PowerBI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams).
- Design and social media experience will be a plus.
