As part of our continued growth in cloud-based software development, we are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex software and application development programs, with a strong emphasis on Azure transformation, modernization initiatives, and Agile delivery excellence.

We're looking for a Delivery Leader who is passionate about software delivery, excels in stakeholder engagement, and brings experience in managing cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions at pace.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software development programs, often involving the modernization of legacy platforms and building scalable cloud-native solutions on Azure. You will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across distributed teams, partnering with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Program governance, budget control, and commercial viability
• Agile delivery and team management across full SDLC
• Driving engineering excellence and high-performance culture
• Client engagement and relationship development at senior levels

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic outlook, ideal for someone who has deep delivery experience and wants to shape impactful digital transformation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery of complex software and modernization projects built on Azure, across both backend and frontend technologies.
• Overseeing full delivery lifecycle from discovery and planning to deployment, QA, and support.
• Managing cross-functional Agile teams, including software architects, engineers, DevOps engineers, and QA/Testing specialists.
• Coordinating delivery across web and mobile applications, API services, databases, and Azure-native services.
• Championing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), enabling continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
• Partnering with architects and tech leads to ensure technical quality, security, and scalability of solutions.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients and acting as the senior escalation point for delivery topics.
• Driving resource planning and hiring strategy, ensuring team scalability and capability alignment.
• Drafting and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), delivery plans, and project financials.
• Proactively identifying delivery risks and managing mitigation strategies.
• Supporting QA alignment and testing strategy—while not hands-on, a basic understanding of automated and manual testing workflows is a plus.
• Advocating for best practices in software delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud engineering excellence.
