EMEA GTM Associate
The EMEA GTM Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Fanatics Collectibles' go-to-market initiatives across EMEA and LATAM. This role blends commercial execution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth product launches, optimized allocations, and the successful execution of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. They will be comfortable working across regions and departments, acting as a connector between commercial, operations, finance, and marketing teams. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Program Data Management – Breaker Channel
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance data from multiple sources.
- Produce monthly reports and dashboards to track and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Coordinate post-sale activities, ensuring smooth handover between commercial, operational, and financial teams.
- Oversee transfer processes and ensure timely closure of agreed transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in execution workflows.
Dashboard Development & Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain centralized dashboards to provide visibility into sales and commercial performance across multiple regions.
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insights.
Product Release Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact for product release updates across internal teams.
- Ensure alignment with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams in multiple regions.
- Manage communications for launches and pre-orders to support commercial readiness.
Allocation Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and run recurring processes to analyze sales data and inform allocation decisions.
- Recommend adjustments across markets and channels to maximize performance.
- Track outcomes and refine allocation strategies over time.
Pricing Support
- Support the continuous development of pricing.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels.

Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in commercial, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams across a business.
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining dashboards, producing reports, and delivering data-driven insights.
- Track record of contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
