Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will report directly to the Latam Sales Director and will be responsible for both expanding the customer base and maximizing the performance of existing accounts in Brazil. This role combines new business development with account management, covering specialty (hobby shops), retail, and mass channels. The manager will work closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams to strengthen the Trading Card category's presence in Brazil. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, retail, and specialty channels.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and revenue expansion.
  • Support distributor sales teams with training, goal setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Build strong partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions that add value.
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives that expand the company's footprint and strengthen market presence.
  • Provide management with accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Track competitive activity and identify opportunities in emerging markets across Brazil.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local leadership and international teams to ensure aligned execution.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in consumer products, collectibles, or sports-related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Experience working with distributors and specialty channels (hobby shop market experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance hunting (new business) and farming (account growth).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
