Role

In the role of Temporary Sales Assistant at the Juventus Store in Rome, your task will be to make every Juventus fan experience an unforgettable shopping experience in the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will always represent the company (Fanatics International) and the brand (JFC) in the best possible way.

Remember that the site where you will be assigned to your duties and where you will spend your working day is the following:

• Juventus Store Rome – Via Nazionale 54A/55 (Rome).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Contribute to maintaining the store in excellent condition by performing all daily routine activities, including visual merchandising

• Ensure the store is always perfectly restocked

• Contribute actively to the receipt and storage of the delivered goods

• Use the cash register tools

• Product customization (game jerseys, cups, etc.)

• Adhere to all daily procedures, including regular cleaning

Experience

• Previous experience in retail is preferable but not essential as complete training will be offered

• A strong passion for football and in general for the sports world is required

• Predilection for contact with the public

• Availability to work shifts

• Availability to work on weekends/holidays and home match days

• Good level of English

Contract Type

Intermittent contract 6 months

The list of duties is not to be considered complete and the candidate will be required to perform all tasks regularly expected from the job level/role.
