Ability to work with and train a diverse workforce

Supervise hourly employees through training process. May include: managing attendance, time keeping, providing feedback and assessing performance of employees

Ability to present and facilitate sessions effectively managing group dynamics while encouraging creativity, innovation, and ownership of learning

Stay up to date on emerging trends within learning and development.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.

Ability to collect, manage and analyze data to support Learning and Development

Understand Manufacturing and/or Fulfillment process and workflow (Preferred)

Work across various shifts and times during peak season hours (including day & night shifts)

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Building And Navigating Relationships

Ability to effectively collaborate and support others to design and deliver custom and effective learning solutions that maximize employee engagement, development, and business outcomes

Support and partner with teams to design and deliver training for corporate initiatives that maximize employee engagement, development, and business outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally, operate in a professional environment, and navigate organizational dynamics

Lead seasonal onboarding process to effectively train seasonal employees to meet business demands

Manage Training Programs

Coordinate and facilitate Learning Management System

Facilitate instructor led training events.

Observe and evaluate training programs, individual trainers, and team leaders to drive improvement and efficiency

Conduct train-the-trainer certification(s) for facilitators and/or site coordinators that support learning initiatives

Develop and utilize tracking process to measure effectiveness of training programs, including orientations. Using feedback, continuously strive for improved training programs and processes.

Coach and develop Learning Ambassadors through mentoring, observations, OJT, and in person training sessions

Educational Requirements:

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Training

Knowledge Skills And Abilities:

Bi-lingual (Spanish) Preferred

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work with and influence team members and key stakeholders

Ability to manage competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to feedback through iterative design

Self-starter with strong initiative, energy, and accountability with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Captivate (or other rapid authoring tools)

Comfort with new technology and ability to learn quickly and use new software applications

Displays passion for learning and development.

Working Conditions:

Flexible availability during Peak Seasons and comfortable in warehouse environment.

Physical Conditions:

Must be able to stand 6 to 8 hours per day.

May be expected to walk 5 to 10 miles per day.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
