Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides integrated medical and behavioral health care to clients in an office-based setting. Position provides advocacy, linkage, referral, engagement with ongoing services with a multidisciplinary team. Coordinating these services to clients in CCBHC program in a client-centered and culturally responsive way. Provides a point of contact and work in partnership with CCBHC staff and partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services to clients and work within a team.
Requirements: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have raised or lived with a child who has emotional problems and received services. Specialized training and/or certification in mental health services or related field as required in order to meet requirements for billable services and/or adjunctive services, i.e. specialized certifications (BHRS) Case Management, SOC training and updates. Ability to work well under pressure meeting deadlines with efficiency and consistency while maintaining a balance between good physical and mental health and the job requirements. Exhibit ability to effectively organize and plan field-work, schedule to best service and maximize the needs of consumers, i.e. arranging home based meetings, agency meetings, and care coordinator meetings. Ability to establish working relationships with clinical, administrative, and support staff in order to develop professionalism and coordination within the team to maximize services available. Ability to effectively interact with staff, consumers, family members, administration and the community, both in person and on the telephone. Must possess a Driver's License and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. Must transport clients in personal automobile.

This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
