Our Opportunity:
The Technology Strategy & Transformation team supports large organizations in defining and implementing their technology strategy. It intervenes on various topics such as digital transformation, IT architecture, CIO Advisory, or the management of complex programs. With a dual business and technological expertise, it proposes innovative and tailored solutions to its clients' challenges.
Your main responsibilities:
o Validating technical choices in line with the company's ServiceNow strategy, while defining and documenting development, configuration, and integration standards.
o Ensuring the performance, security, and maintainability of implemented solutions, by conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with best practices (ATF, update sets, flow designer…).
o Supervising and coaching ServiceNow developers, being the technical reference to solve complex issues.
o Ensuring the consistency, reusability of developments, and contributing to the reduction of technical debt.
o Translating business needs into robust technical solutions, collaborating with architects and project managers, and clearly communicating technical impacts and constraints.
Your skills to succeed:
o In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, CSM…) and technical expertise on key tools such as JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
o Proven experience in system integration via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
o Natural leadership with a strong team spirit, ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical profiles.
o Pedagogical sense, a taste for mentoring and supporting teams in their skill development.
o Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to propose relevant and innovative solutions.
What we are looking for:
o 5 to 8 years of minimum experience on ServiceNow (with a large part in technical development).
o Experience in technical team leadership.
o Desired certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) on one or more modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, WSD…), Certified Application Developer (CAD).
o Technical English required.
