We currently are seeking for an experienced Senior Manager in our Procurement, Digital Procurement, and Third Party Risk Management – Financial Services Sector. From strategy to execution, the Financial Services Procurement Practice of EY provides a full range of consulting and broader services to help our Banking, Insurance, and broader financial services clients implement new ideas to help achieve their desired outcomes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Accompany organizations in the implementation of company-wide transformation programs
• Support CPOs in implementing transformations in Procurement
• Work with clients to develop, deliver and become a trusted advisor in the next generation of Procurement and third party risk management
• Work on the digital procurement and third party risk management transformation of your clients
• Leverage existing and emerging technologies
• Work on mergers and acquisitions and identifying and delivering supplier synergies
• Identify third party risk management opportunities
• Be a key contributor and progressively start leading sub work streams
• Support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts
• Build your management consulting and Procurement capabilities

Engagement Management includes:

• Lead pursuits, sales, and client relationship building
• Lead the design and implementation of strategic procurement and third party risk management programs
• Deliver exceptional client service experience
• Display leadership and business judgment
• Manage project financials

Practice and People Development includes:

• Support the development of leading practice Procurement capabilities
• Create a positive team environment
• Support senior management with practice development activities

Business Development includes:

• Support the build-out of the Procurement and TPRM Financial Services practice
• Collaborate across EY service lines
• Develop new solutions

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent preferred
• At least 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Experience with improving performance of large-spend organizations
• Subject matter expertise in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or Procure 2 Pay processes
• Demonstrated ability to guide large project teams
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis, Total Cost of Ownership Analysis, Third Party Risk Management, Cost Analysis, Cost-benefit Analysis, Performance Metrics, Benchmarking, Cost Reduction, Mergers and Acquisitions, Procurement and TPRM technologies

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Financial services clients
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs
